Lead the digital aesthetic of Lakeshore online marketing presence and provided guidance and leadership to the creative team. Execution of creative content for branded marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels. Successfully managed multiple simultaneous projects creatively, on budget and executed expeditiously. 

Actively built partnerships with marketing, product development, engineering, photography and retail to manage creative ideation with new approaches that boosted revenue. Coordinated with senior managers to ensure deliverables were on time and mapped to the creative brief. Proactively suggested and implemented solutions to issues that impacted quality or revenue. Persuasively presented creative ideas and communicated rationale to executives.

Recruited A list artists globally and provided leadership to internal creative team. Managed complex art direction for industry giants such as Warner Bros, Ubisoft and Blizzard Entertainment. Initiated and managed production from concept to completion for all licensing partners, delivering outstanding products to market.
