Brand Manager - Shebeest

-Managed, planned, and implemented marketing activities for the Scala Rider motorcycle product segment.

-Managed deadlines for catalogs, ads, POP, and related design projects.  Planned and purchased all digital and print media.

-Wrote copy, organized photoshoots, and directed content for all company print and digital materials such as catalogs, website, ads, sell sheets, and brochures

-Managed and maintained all company social media marketing accounts and online forums on motorcycle enthusiast websites

-Coordinated product placement with magazine editors, bloggers, influencers, sponsored riders, etc

-Product presentation and demonstration at motorcycle dealerships, trade shows, and motorcycle events


National Marketing Manager

-Responsible for shaping the image and identity of the Haro line of mountain and asphalt bikes.  
-Supervised, planned, and implemented marketing strategies for this product segment.  
-Managed and planned print media campaign; purchases media.  Directed and wrote copy for all collateral material. 
-Maintained and fostered consumer awareness for the product via aggressive PR, social media, and print media campaign.  
-Directed Product Development Managers in research and development of new products.  
-Coordinated the delivery of all sample/prototype products used for evaluation, tradeshows, and photo shoots
-Created and maintained marketing budget for mountain bike product category.  
-Responsible for directing and creating regular website updates.  
-Worked closely with key vendors to ensure product target pricing and margin objectives are met.
-Served as brand spokesperson.


Mountain Bike and Asphalt Bike Brand Manager

-Planned, managed, and implemented marketing strategies for four separate brands under the Haro Bicycle family.  
-Managed deadlines for catalogs, ads, POP, and related design projects.  Planned and purchased all print media.  
-Created and distributed all press releases targeted toward endemic and non-endemic media.  
-Fostered communication between the marketing and sales departments.  
-Conducted market research and compiled reports as needed.  
-Managed Haro-sponsored professional cycling athletes and team programs including contracts, salaries, budgets, and event logistics.    


Marketing Manager

-Responsible for servicing dealer base of 360 bicycle shops across the United States.  
-Key duties included sale of Haro-branded bicycles and parts, provide technical information and support, and account troubleshooting.  
-Managed 7-member outside sales force and assist in their sales operations on a day-to-day basis.  
-Product line presentations at trade show events.  
-Territory management activities included acting as liaison between dealer base and outside sales force, maintaining dealer account and sales    documentation, and meeting territory sales goals and objectives.
