Streamline budgets in excess of $100,000 per event.  Events including Cost Plus World Market’s Beach House Party, International Pastor’s and Leadership Conference/T.D. Jakes, Major League Baseball/Smithsonian Documentary Tour-“The Hammer” Hank Aaron 2016, NBA TV Arena Tour 2016 and CNN Diversity Tour 2014 & 2015 and BET Awards Fan Experience 2014. 

Developed new events and maintain, organize and managed existing events for concept to completion. Worked in collaboration with event production, marketing, advertising agencies and non-profit organizations.  Acted jointly with executive team, board of directors and CEO's on marketing, event execution, marketing, and public relations. Streamline budgets in excess of $2 million. Authored detailed proposals including timelines, venue management, legal contracts, sponsorship decks, staffing and financial spreadsheets. Liaison with public relations agencies and designers to create branding and coordinating all marketing materials and social media.
Events included Dalai Lama Leadership in the 21st Center Events 2014, 2015 Dalai Lama Official World Celebration and the Costa Mesa Community Run.
