Seeking a position that allows ample growth, creativity, flexibility, and culture. I am very interested in the marketing, sales, and product development side of the action sports world and thrive in a supportive work place.

At KIND Healthy Snacks my role was the Field Marketing Manager. I manage a team of brand ambassadors, teaching them the primary skills of Field Marketing and how to be the face of the brand. My role is not limited but my primary duties are to reach out to event coordinators to create event sponsorships, create lasting partnerships with like minded companies, seed influencers with KIND products, create marketing strategies, and most importantly get KIND Healthy Snacks into the hands of hungry consumers with a high conversion rate. I have helped build a strong partnership with many companies including Oakley, Volcom, Vans, Signal Snowboards, Skechers, and more. My role is to also collaborate with the sales team to build up brand presence and awareness at the retail outlets to ultimately drive sales in my territory in which we are on our way to the highest sales year to date.

Field Marketing Manager

I manged two branches of Vita Coco's distribution network to drive sales in my territory. I covered a large area of Southern California and looked over 70 sales representatives. My primary goal was to coach and mentor sales representatives to increase sales, product placement, incremental placement, floor displays, and cold equipment placement at the retail level. During my three years at this role I was able to drive double digit sales month after month. Some skills that I was able to take from this position are, management of a large sales force, relationship building with both retail mangers and district mangers, gain trust and support from sales team, and distributor management.

Area Sales Manager

I am on the supplier end of managing two distribution centers working closely with branch mangers, district managers, and account managers to drive sales in the Orange County and the Inland Empire markets. I work with the distribution partner to teach the techniques of proper brand management and  selling the brand into retailers. Expand the Vita Coco presence in current retailers as well as open new accounts to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Two years of solid growth in both territories as well as share leadership in the premium coconut water category.

- Manage content on the Red Bull YouTube accounts and RedBull.TV video platform  
- Design new layouts, graphics, and banners for the RedBull.TV website 
- Pull video files from the Red Bull content pool and distribute to numerous platforms 
- Collect demographics from YouTube accounts and create Excel spread sheets to display data
- Create titles and descriptions for all video content to be distributed through YouTube and the   
    RedBull.TV platform 
- Create programming calendar for affiliated events and athlete coverage on television

Digital Content Distibution

The Cascal Cafe Cruiser Tour is a mobile promotional tour hitting the streets of the greater LA area spreading the flavors of Cascal's all natural fermented sodas. We have two trucks loaded with industrial fridges to serve frosty soda where ever we stop to sample. Our main goal is building brand awareness and informing consumers about Cascals all natural ingredients, unique double fermentation process, and why the beverage does not taste like any other soda.

I was a brand ambassador on the Souther California Popchips Snack Shack roadshow touring a city near you. Promoting, sampling, and informing about the healthy benefits that Popchips offer.

Independent Contractor

Working in the Moving Images department my main duties were to fulfill video orders and launch them onto various media sources including YouTube, Streetfire.net, and grind.tv. While doing so I was to manage the multiple accounts, create unique video descriptions, add tag lines, thumbnails, and place annotations to some video projects.
 
Another duty I had was to compile demographics from the Red Bull USA YouTube account to create an Excel spread sheet. This data was analyzed to display which content was more popular varying by content type, age group, and gender.  

In addition I created a television broadcasting calendar to display  Red Bull athletes and Red Bull sponsored events airing for each month. The calender was used by the Moving Images department to track brand exposure, athlete coverage, and their results.
