To acquire a position with a professional company.

-Order supplies for both our Fullerton, CA and Tijuana, Mexico production facilities.
-Conduct negotiations with venders to ensure efficient cost controls measures are utilized.
-Oversee material management to ensure company supply inventories are effectively managed.
-Research new products as an effort to continuously identify product improvement opportunities.
-Keep accurate inventory and purchasing of packaging materials for company product.
-Receiving product for company inventory, production and customer orders from various vendors internationally and locally.

-Main point of contact for our China Facility.
-Obtain quotes for parts and finished product from China.
-Process improvement in daily production and overall quality of finished product and parts.
-Weekly conference calls with China production management about current and future orders.
-Create and place PO’s with our China facility for parts or finished product to be completed for production or for our customers.
-Arrange shipments from China to our Fullerton facility or directly to our customers.
-Traveled to Shenzhen China to review production line and to learn more about how their production line works.


China Production Assistant (current)

-Oversee other departments to complete production in a timely and precise manner to meet customer deadlines.
-Draft large and small package freight quotes for sales people and customers. 
-Supervise and maintain customer finished products and fulfill orders upon request.
-Train employees in product assembly, inspection, and packaging.
-Shipping product to locations internationally and locally using FedEx, FedEx Freight, UPS, DHL, Pilot, and many other common carriers. . 
-Inspection, assembly, and packaging product to meet company and customer standards.
-Receiving product for company inventory, production and customer orders from various vendors internationally and locally.  
-Perform daily and nightly income reports using Made 2 Manage ERP System and Q&A to compare company daily and monthly goals to date.
