I am currently working at a multi-national fashion retail store. Some of my skills that I have gained while working there include management, organization, and customer service.
By nature, I am very ambitious and creative. For the past four years I have been building a small clothing brand, for which I perform all major job duties. This project of mine has not only been an outlet for my ideas but a great teacher as well. I am able to manage the business aspect of it while creating new designs and all major production aspects, from samples to final product. I am constantly thinking of ways to improve my brand as well as the company that I work for.

While I have enjoyed my time with this company, over eight years, I am looking for a career that will not only allow me to apply my leadership skills but also challenge me to think outside of the box. My experience with growing my own brand from the ground up has given me above average skills in all areas of production. I enjoy learning new concepts and will master any skill necessary to catapult me to success.

Responsible for managing all functions business operations including graphic design, website and ecommerce, marketing, and production.
Create 20 new pieces per season using original photography, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
Develop website using HTML and CSS.
 Market apparel and accessories using Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr to increase sales and enhance consumer experience.
Monitor and analyze engagement on social media as well as ecommerce activity.
Shop stores to identify trends and opportunities, determine the best fabric for designs, inspect samples prior to adding product to website.

Ensures excellence in customer service in the store by modeling brand specific service standards as well as by monitoring customer feedback and responding to and addressing all customer concerns quickly. 
Provides coaching to the store team in the core areas of customer service and engagement, brand identity, product knowledge, and operations. Monitors, evaluates, and executes training programs.
Ensures that all company and store policies and procedures are followed and that the store meets all store audit requirements.
Ensures the visual merchandising standards for the store are met. Implements floor-sets and merchandising directives.
Attracts, recruits, and hires high caliber talent. Actively maintains a succession plan and pool of qualified candidates for open positions within the store.
Models behavior that respects the background, experience, and cultural differences of others, while upholding the integrity and values of the VF Corporation and Vans.

Store Manager

Supports the Store Manager to deliver maximum sales results and an engaging experience for all customers.
Ensures effective customer service and direct selling to achieve sales goals. 
Store effectively achieved the goal of reaching $4 million in sales in 2017. 
Analyze and communicate company metrics to all personnel. 
Maintains and enforces policies, procedures, standards, practices and company directives.
Delivers consistent feedback to employees by observing, coaching and following-up.
Trains and develops employees based off of company needs and their desired career path.
Coached Floor Supervisor in preparation for a promotion to Assistant Manager. 
Coached Part Time Associate in preparation for a promotion to Floor Supervisor. 
Ensures proper sales promotional set-up of store and maintenance of sales floor and Stockroom to create a neat, clean and well-presented store.
