Ski/bike industry veteran of 20+ years seeks full-time, year 'round position with a company with whom I can spend the next 20 years. I offer not only experience and technical skills, but a proven record of raising revenue, increasing customer base, and team-building.

Responsible for scheduling ski and bike repairs, performing repairs, selling winter sports and bicycle products; initiating and maintaining special orders; training new employees;  merchandising of new and existing product; supervising winter and summer rental operations.
This store was permanently closed April 13, 2015, and Sport Chalet LLC ceased all operations in Utah.

Built a new, ground-up Winter Sports/ Bicycle shop.  Hired, trained employees.  Selected and negotiated vendors.  Established policies and procedures; maintained and edited website. Created and edited ad copy for local advertising venues.
