A creative leader with two decades of experience in advertising, branding and strategic design for some of the world’s most successful global retailers, agencies and consumer products companies.

Responsible for promoting creative excellence, developing design teams and nurturing creative culture. Proven history of leveraging design competency to exceed business objectives, excite consumers and grow iconic brands.

Work intimately with cross functional teams overseeing all aspects of the design process to ensure that solutions are direct, clear and strategically sound resulting in moving customers to action in a highly competitive categories. Work spans brand strategy, insights driven design, brand and corporate identity, consumer packaging design, branded environments and digital branding.

- Develop, design and produce national retail and out of home campaigns for all marketing initiatives for general and U.S. Hispanic markets to support Boost Mobile network of locations of approximately 8,000 nationwide.

- Develop concepts and campaign extensions for local and experiential out of home including station takeovers.

- Creatively direct the curation of brand social media channels and develop social media campaigns for those channels.

- Provide creative direction to external agency digital partners, internal web team and internal customer-based marketing retention teams for digital ads, customer email communications and website brand consistency.

- Provide creative direction to the Merch team for all in-store customer touchpoints.

- Directing and managing photo shoots including planning, production, interface with photographer, handled retoucher relationship and management/distribution of the final assets.

- Manage and supervise out of home pre-production to ensure quality and delivery. Review and approve color proofs and perform press checks.

- Develop UI/UX designs including logo development for company branded consumer facing mobile apps and products.

- Develop and design landing pages, digital and printed signage for company sponsorships and partnerships, such as LigaMX team, Chivas de Guadalajara, NBA Dream Factory, WNBA, World Series of Fighting events, Bellator MMA and ComplexCon , as well as, working with sponsorship partners and agency cross functional teams to bring events to fruition.

- Co-managed on site festival experiential activations (Mala Luna 2017, A3C 2017 and Art Basel/Juxtapoz, Agenda LB and Dew Tour) with the Boost Trailer, a mobile Boost Mobile store location.

Designed and concepted full campaign launches, print advertising, identity packages, direct marketing, OOH and OOH Station Dominations, in store POP, in store signage, PPT presentations and websites, splash pages, email blasts, banner ads and social media content as well.
