OPERATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER/SHIPPING LOGISTICS

Manage Shipping & Logistics of Oversees containers, work with brokers on a daily basis
Manage Programs by planning production with the use of EXCEL and oversea vendors 
Manage 3pl warehouses
Use Excel daily, Pivot Tables, V-look ups, create weekly and monthly reports
Manage inventory and create inventory and flow of production/program reports  
Daily communication with clients (Wal-Mart, Antigua, Boombah, Beach Body, Golfsmith, Shopko, TJ Maxx, Glyder Apparel)
Provide customer service to oversea vendors, clients (Analyst, Buyers, Merchandisers) work with them on ETA dates.
Manage and solve problems with containers and with Quality Control issues
