Senior Development Manager

Career Objective:  To create and market world-class outdoor footwear. To interact daily with designers, developers, engineers, manufacturing and marketing to solve issues and develop world-class products.

Manage all product development and manufacturing related issues for the Avenger Work Boots and Nautilus Safety brands. Bring 10-20 new products to market each season. Develop and maintain protocols to insure product integrity. Travel 3-4 times each year to work directly with our five Chinese factories.
