Visual Web Merchandiser

I am an extremely motivated and creative individual with experience in customer service, sales management, e-commerce, public relations, legal writing, and personal apparel styling. •	Manage ecomm merchandising duties for O’Neill Clothing, Metal Mulisha, and FMF Apparel
•	Manage product uploads to meet  season launch deadlines
•	Manage site sort order in correlation with selling, marketing, and social media campaigns.
•	Manage product imagery to ensure consistency and quality throughout sites.
•	Cross check inventory with live product weekly to confirm all viable product with imagery is up online.
•	Work closely with production, merchandising, IT, and photo to obtain necessary information regarding product, such as, but not limited to, merchandising guides, product samples to be shot, product specs for accurate product descriptions, sufficient product imagery/detail images, unexpected bugs, and site operation maintenance. 
•	Create romance copy for all product.
•	Assist with delivery tracking for all online and SMU product.
•	Proficient use of programs such as Magento, Full Circle, Electric Pulp, ZenDesk, RepSpark, Cybersource, Stripe,  Zopim, Concur, and Photoshop.
•	Manage and edit all customer service and shipping information for each site to reflect any changes in procedure.
•	Manage Digital Director’s monthly expense report and invoicing for all digital purchases and business/programming charges.
•	Develop and implement sales operation procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency within the ecomm team.
•	Create and manage all promo codes for marketing, sales, and special online events.
•	Track and manage affiliate programs including commission payment, promo code approval, sale information, and banner imagery.
•	Attend and assist with all photo shoots to ensure that all ecomm requirements are met along with catalog.

•	Track and manage all ecomm EDI and VIA account orders, bulks, WIP, RA’s, and wholesale discounts for O’Neill, Metal Mulisha, and FMF Apparel.
•	Work closely with warehouse to ensure that all account and online customer orders are being invoiced correctly and in a timely manner.
•	Fill all account open inventory or “Available to Sell” requests and handle shortage claims.
•	Enter account pre-book and bulk orders with appropriate parameters according to account files and WIP.
•	Work closely with production and website teams to ensure that all styles offered online are in-house and allocated to sell.
•	Notify all accounts of styles cancelled or on allocation hold according to change memos issues by sales and production.
•	Lead call center customer service representative for O’Neill, Metal Mulisha and FMF Apparel.
•	Assist with product information, placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving all order issues via phone and email.
•	Lead product knowledge representative for all phone, email, and fax inquiries for all three brands.
•	Manage all customer shortage and lost package refunds along with reimbursement requests with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
•	Detailed knowledge of Full Circle, Cybersource, Sift Science and Magento used for fraud identification and prevention.

Core Ecommerce Specialist

•	Track/record inventory levels/available size runs, communicate with management regarding replenishment needs of all merchandise, and correspond with vendors to determine unsuccessful units in need of RA and RTV forms
•	Manage and market personal business to drive sales and reach corporate-set sales goals.
•	Provide exceptional customer service including placement/follow-up of all orders from Nordstrom full-line and online
