Brand Marketing Manager

o Successfully planned and executed more than 15 celebrity partnership contest programs with talent including 5 Seconds of Summer, Imagine Dragons, Katy Perry and Fifth Harmony. These programs comprehensively garnered over 500k entries adding new email and mobile numbers to the Wet Seal database
• Managed all content development and production for each partnership program and successfully planned and executed PR and Store events.

Responsible for overseeing key marketing programs within the organization including the planning and execution of celebrity partnerships, digital programs and various third party events. Partners with PR, Ecommerce and Social Media to ideate new ways to further expose brands to new customers and communicating marketing program detail to key stakeholders. 

Develops ideas for all marketing programs and supporting creative teams when necessary. Responsible for detailed maintenance of key documents within the department including Marketing calendars, job logs, retention lists, Marketing meeting agenda and recaps.

Aids in the music and video content development to deliver brand appropriate in-store music for the customer. Regularly research and report on trends including celebrity, social networking, music and other media outlets. Attend various events reporting back on consumer and fashion trends.

Marketing Specialist

Worked media check-in at several high profile events including the Hurley U.S. Open of Surfing, Hurley Pro and Street League Skateboarding tour stops.  Other tasks included tracking media and other press coverage of events via Internet- both pre and post event, working the media check-in tent at various events, setting up athlete interviews with media personnel, and editing and disseminating press releases and other event information.
