Prep demo carts for next days set up.

Demonstrator

Responsible for collections of delinquent Accounts Receivables and maintenance on all existing accounts.Investigate & resolve customer billing discrepancies & inquiries for general account information. Monitor accounts weekly for small balance write offs & apply adjustments, issue Credits & Debits accordingly.Maintain & improve client relations while providing excellent and considerate customer service.

Accounts Receivable Collector

Sole Credit Analyst for Wholesale Distributor account - “LOWES Home Improvement Chain Stores.”   Responsible for analyzing daily incoming LOWES Proof of Delivery & Order Discrepancies from shipped orders.  Confirm any order discrepancies of short shipments and/or product damages, determined if Credit to be issued or denied to LOWES pending the validity of Order Discrepancies.
Collected delinquent receivables from past due Independent Retailer Accounts (non-chain), resolved customer billing  disputes, account inquiries, reconciled payment history, processed cash & credit card payments, processed monthly statements,
invoice copy requests, monitored & authorized accounts for credit increase.
