Senior eCommerce Merchandising Specialist 

Coming from a background in graphic design and action sports I dove head first into the action sports and fitness eCommerce industry. I currently have 6+ years of eCommerce experience working with amazing companies like FGL Sports, the largest sporting retail goods store in Canada, who help inspire Canadians to live active, healthy lifestyles.  Recently, I made a large change in my life due to my never ending pursuit of knowledge and moved to Boston, MA where I currently work at the tech and eCommerce giant, Wayfair. I have already learned so much from this fast growing company and am excited to see where I go next. I'm never done.

•	Growing my department 40% year to date by optimizing the shopping experience:
-Driving consistent lifts in key performance indicators through creative and innovative problem solving to achieve optimal outcomes
-Optimizing and proactively finding gaps/opportunities on highly visible categories by leveraging customer insights from user testing and site data, as well as by performing competitor research to drive a best in class user experience
•	Directing and developing training and leadership opportunities:
-Managing co-op students and interns in site merchandising by implementing goals for personal and professional development to ensure their time at Wayfair is successful
-Mentoring new staff to ensure they have all the resources in terms of personal and professional guidance to lead them to success 
-Utilizing Google Sites and Google Slides to create educational resources for peers to feel empowered and reach their full potential so they can be successful in their roles
•	Leading cross functional teams while promoting collaboration with key internal stakeholders (engineering, marketing, legal teams)
-Facilitating the implementation of site wide icons on all product display pages 
-Managing the global use of various filter display types on site (visual, sub-headers)
