E-Commerce Operations Manager

Responsible for the day to day operations of a 250,000+ sq.ft. E-Commerce depatrment. Tasked with overseeing all operational are but not limited to the website, updates, and maintenance, 3rd party integration, project managing e-commerce related activities from discovery to implementation, and monitoring, reporting, and ensuring platform related to  KPI's are being met.
Tasked with overseeing all upgrades on processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency/reliability of all operational processes (pick, pack, QA, and shipping) within the distribution center.
Responsible for creating and maintaining inventory accuracy of 250,00+ apparel and footwear SKU'S within the e-commerce system for all online and course orders.
Drove operational and inventory strategies that contribute to a +10% increase in E-commerce gross sales overall
Ensure flawless execution of promotions, industry-specific pricing in partnership with marketing, sales, and finance teams to achieve maximum profitability.
Manage and train, a workforce of 125+ team members to meet and exceed expectations, customer needs and overall warehouse needs.

Responsible for the day to day operations of a 350,000+ sq. ft. as well as the development, implementation, and maintenance of the standard operational processes (SOP) to ensure high-quality services for warehouse team members and clients.
Coordinate weekly/bi-weekly/monthly operations meetings to ensure we meet our KPI's, safety goals and, overall performance

Operations Manager 

Responsible for the creation, development, and daily management of a 100,000 sq. ft. Off-site/cross-dock center. Including but not limited to; product allocation, product lines (100,000 SKU's), merchandise and, reverse logistics.
Assisted and trained a workforce of 50+ members which includes supervisors and Associates in E-Commerce best practices (picking, packing, quality control and manifesting outbound orders) to meet company standards. Establish and implemented metrics to drive performance and increase overall customer satisfaction by reviewing all data and scorecards of KPI's as bases for continuously improving inventory.
Implemented the facility automated manifest system which allowed the use of radio frequency identification tags (RFID) to track materials to destination points; trained personnel on its use, and reduced warehouse/Store inventory shrink by 10% over prior year.

Logistics/Project Manger

Tasked with overseeing, establishing, and developing a newly acquired 50,000 sq. ft. distribution/cross-dock center. Including but not limited to; space allocation, product lines (80,000 SKU's), and responsible for optimizing a 60+ workforce.
Identified and improved business opportunities through the development of a partnership with transportation networks, 3PL's, using a more efficient layout and demand planning thereby increasing overall storage capacity by 35%.
Responsible for the facility management including inventory control, shipping & receiving, in addition to the development of the strategic and logistical planning at the warehouse. Played an integral role in developing new systems to help scale a growing e- commerce business. Effectively maintained costs and developed an operational profit and loss budget.

Logistics Project Manager

Charged with connecting the customer journey across the store and the web by delivering outstanding customer services and unique operational experience. Orchestrated all aspects of store day to day business and consumer satisfaction. Including: sales, staffing. Training, expense control, business process, loss prevention, product management, and visual execution.
Managed various high visibility and pivotal operation projects from the integration of a new inventory control process to the monthly visual initiative from inception to implementation with an employee base of 60-75 team members with an annual net sale of $15 million.
