Lead Designer

I have over 8 years of  experience as a marketing  designer and in art direction in sport driven apparel, footwear  and agency environments. I am  passionate for design, art,  surfing, and mountaineering. Please take a moment to look  over my work at  http://chrisschindler.com/.

I develop brand and product specific stories strongly based in an unique and impactful visual language. Responsible for the campaign development followed by art direction of the execution across video, digital, social, and retail POS while maintaining the original vision and quality as distributed and reformatted in global regions.

As Director of Marketing I was responsible for the development and implementation of a marketing strategy for multiple brands in multiple local markets. My duties included budgeting, campaign planing, art direction, copy writing, public relations, event coordination, and media buying.

As an Art Director I developed and executed creative concepts in an art director/copy writer team for yearly brand campaigns, product launches, and strategic promotions for Polaris Snowmobiles and Victory Motorcycles. Responsibilities included creative concepting, campaign planning, art direction over digital and production teams, graphic design, client presentations, and freelancer management.

As Art Director I developed and executed quality creative visuals for print, digital, and environmental spaces. Responsibilities included creative concepting, graphic design, web development, client presentations, work flow management, project estimating, and freelance sourcing and management

Art Director

As a designer I created marketing and sales materials, product specific branding, retail space POS and fixture designs, and merchandising of the Men’s and Unisex footwear product line.

Senior Graphic Designer

As a designer I developed and produced marketing and sales materials in print, digital, retail, and event based marketing. Responsibilities included creative concepting, branding, graphic design, project management, freelancer management, and multi-department coordination.

Graphic Designer

As Art Director I developed and produced all branding, marketing materials, e-commerce marketing, retail POS, and private label clothing line. Responsibilities included creative concepting, graphic design, illustration, special project management, freelance and vendor sourcing and management.
