Lead Designer

A passionate designer who continually transforms ideas into reality, balancing aesthetics, function and market sensibilities. - Design and developed a broad range of craft activities and stationary goods.
- Innovate and create new play patterns that inspire kids to create.
- Problem solved a wide scope of issues during the development of these (ie. Surface development, CAD model development, production issues, marketing validation, finishes, etc.),


-	Design and developed a broad range of gaming products retro gaming consoles, controllers, chargers and numerous gaming console accessories.
-	Work closely with management and market to create the next look in the gaming industry.
-	Lead the product design life cycle from concept to production.


-	Served as lead in the development of seating (soft goods) and furniture (hard goods) designs which are sold worldwide in many of the big box    retailers such as Costco, Office Max, Best Buy and Staples. 
-	Intimately involved in the complete development process of these products, thus acquiring diverse problem solving skills to take on any challenge presented during any phase.
-	Continually developed innovative and trend setting designs for the US and Global markets due to True Design being a market leader with worldwide distribution.
-	Spent one year at True Designs satellite offices and factories in China working with designers and engineers on a macro and micro level to insure products retained the same design intent from conception to final manufacturing.


Developer/Designer

- Lead the China design team to meet sale sample dates and production ship dates.
- Work with factories to ensure critical production dates and cost were met.
- Served as primary liaison between US design team and China production team.

-	Continually development Kraco's brand identity through innovative products and ground breaking graphic design.
-	Collaborated with multiple divisions of the company to develop and carry out new business strategies to meet current and emerging target markets. 
-	Pulled from a diverse set of skills including industrial design, graphic design, entrepreneurial knowledge, manufacturing techniques, and time management as tools to help Kraco maintain and expand its market share.
