I have over five years in assisting end users with technology. Three of those years were as Tier 1 - Tier 3 help desk support for an actions sports leader. In that role I was a jack of all trades, doing everything from server maintenance to software troubleshooting in multiple environments (Mac/Windows, AD, DHCP, etc.). Also, my degree in Accounting has set me up with a business mind for costing, analytics, communication, etc.

• Interview, hire and continuously train 20+ employees to meet the strict protocols and procedures of an upscale, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Coordinate with owners on new policies, government codes and regulations, monthly menu changes and other needs
• Purchase and maintain equipment as necessary to prevent work stoppage/slowdowns
• Order and control food inventory to maintain high-level of quality while lowering ingredient costs
• Maintain and edit recipe/cost database

• Assign and perform Tier 1 - 3 helpdesk support for 400+ users located at headquarters, off-site distribution center, retail stores and global offices, in addition to global reps, licensees and vendors
• Purchase, deploy, update and maintain mixed OS environment (Windows XP, Windows 7 and Mac OS X 10.5-9) using Casper Suite and Windows Deployment Services
• Pre-deployment and remote and/or on-site setup and maintenance of over 30 retail stores nationwide including integration with KWI POS systems
• Remote and on-site assistance and administration for global distribution center (including workstations, thin clients, RF guns and thermal printers)
• Remote and on-site assistance for subsidiary (Electric Visual) including networking, infrastructure, server administration, workstations and retail
• Manage Active Directory including responsibility for: creating, editing and terminating users; security and distribution groups creation and maintenance; group policies; computers; NTFS permissions on file servers.
• Monitoring/support/administration of VMWARE virtualized environment of 25+ AD, application, etc. servers running Windows Server 2003, 2008R2, and 2012
• Administrator for daily backups using Symantec Backup Exec and LTO5 libraries per SOX requirements 
• Administration and support of Exchange 2007 and 2010
• Coordinate with outside vendors in regards to infrastructure and software acquisition, maintenance and repair including HP desktops and servers, Lenovo laptops, Samsung, Symantec, Microsoft, Apple products, Honeywell/LXE and more
• Administration and support of phone systems (Cisco Call Manager 6 and Polycom)
• Administration and support of Fortinet firewalls, Symantec Endpoint and ESET NOD 32 antivirus

IT Helpdesk

• Analyzed daily scorecard for areas of improvement and adjusted goals in order to maintain a Top 5 rank in company
• Examined client issues and formulated resolutions to correct complex software and hardware issues and improve their experience
