•	Perform, with expert ability, all functions of development, including all functions of previous levels.
•	Designing and creating art primarily for mens t-shirts but also sportswear categories such as fleece, knits, wovens, boardshorts and accessories.
•	Create and maintain comprehensive spec packages that meet the product’s goals for performance, innovation, image, function, and commercial viability. Manage the development of multiple advanced, industry-leading technical projects across several product categories, within calendar deadlines and to the standards set by management.
•	Execute the development of complete projects, resolve construction issues and make recommendations to design and merchandising teams. Research solutions to problems and follow through to completion. Work with the appropriate departments and contacts as necessary.
•	Train and teach Associate and Assistant Product Developers. Give guidance and support without impacting your current flow of work in process.
•	Assist in the development of quality standards and implement with manufacturing staff.
•	Manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget.
•	Develop tech packs and graphics for tees and various other items including label packaging.
•	Create documents for reporting progress, documentation of design cycle, and analysis.

Product Developer/Graphics Designer

•	Create technical sketches of garments and related accessories using Adobe Illustrator & Full Circle.
•	Create technical packages for garments with accurate information including raw materials’ vendor and technical information, packaging and packing information, and universal product codes.
•	Update technical package format and content as required.
•	Distribute technical packages to vendors and place orders for prototype samples
•	Work with fabric vendors to develop fabrics.
•	Order sample fabric for prototype samples.
•	Arrange and track delivery of sample fabrics from mills to vendors
•	Ensure timely delivery of quality prototype samples by corresponding with vendors to answer any inquiries and clarify details and requirements.
•	Evaluate prototype and bulk production samples for construction, adherence to specifications, fit and testing requirements.
•	Communicate with vendors regarding sample evaluations and offer guidance for improvement and compliance.

Assistant Designer

•	Develop tech packs for tees, fleece and label packaging.
•	Follow up with vendors on approvals for proto, counter and production samples.
•	Design, develop, engineer and carry products into manufacturing.
•	Work consistently with Merchandiser to manage timelines.
•	Design graphics for apparel and accessory lines.
•	Maintain catalog sketches/cads
•	Communicates daily with vendors, Merchants, Design, and Production teams for T&A and product execution.
