and documenting possible future ways to prevent cases from happening again

e-commerce world
• Handle 25+ high profile clothing clients’ customer service inquiries regarding: placing
orders, order status, return and exchange instructions, tracking status/information,
product knowledge/availability, canceling orders, fraud detection, etc.
• Be understanding and courteous to customers concerns and complaints while making
sure to uphold all of our clients polices with the highest regard

Fraud Manager

• Oversaw the daily sales tracking and development of all sales staff
