Responsible for directing the overall performance of 190-mile fiber deployment 
Oversee budgets and ensure the completion of over 800 dark and lit circuits 
Align a team of project managers around functional and geographic areas to increase operational efficiency 
Develop new Enterprise Information Management procedure geared towards automation of sub-level tasks  
Drive the financial objectives of each project. Provide rolling six month forecast on budget, materials, staffing, and vendor needs
Successfully liaison with the Facilities team to open a new office in San Diego  
Participate in industry working groups with municipalities to help facilitate the expansion of telecommunications networks throughout the market  
Coordinate functional teams (e.g. Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Permitting, & Construction), build and manage cross-functional project teams responsible for executing each function


Program Manager - Fiber

Manage a team of sales engineers reviewing output before presentation to internal and external customers 
Prepare business cases for market penetration utilizing diverse sales objects, and the impact to portfolio ROI 
Responsible for the presentation of project CAPEX to Capital Committee for project underwriting
Provide upside/downside scenarios during the sales process 
Review Contracts for operational ability to adhere to underlying Service Agreements 
Collaborate with post sales teams ensuring the underwritten scope is understood and adhered to 


Program Manager - Estimating

Responsible for driving the RFP pipeline by driving deliverables with downstream functional groups 
Develop high level fiber designs from both desktop and field resources utilized to provide cost analysis as well as future portfolio growth prospect 
Identify opportunities for Sales to pursue across customer/product base 
Conduct budget health checks in order to adjust future estimates as market costs fluctuate 


Fiber Engineer

Responsible for the effective management of all designated projects and their associated budgets and schedules, including coordinating all deliverables and requirements of the entire cross-functional project team 
Coordinate network modifications with requesting municipalities in conjunction with city improvement projects 
Schedule network cutover with NOC and impacted customers, ensure MOP is adhered to for network impacting work


Modification Project Manager/Government Liason

Manage small cell, oDAS, and iDAS implementation throughout Rocky Mountain Region
Responsible for project management beginning with feasibility studies through hand off to Operations 
Compose SOW/budgets based on RF design, ensuring project timeliness and adherence to the budget. Conduct and award RFPs across diverse projects
Responsible for material BOMs and procurement 


Small Cell/DAS Project Manager
