Marketing Specialist

Marketing professional with an  eclectic background:  consumer, non-profit, and  sports marketing. •	Compile research and compose detailed press releases, media alerts and marketing collateral.
•	Celebrity gifting and TV show placements for products.
•	Manage social media efforts for several client projects.
•	Work closely with local, national, international and "new media" on story and product placements.
•	On-camera and behind the scenes experience with live TV/radio interviews; event spokesperson
•	Extensive knowledge in running an on-site, working press room 
•	Compile comprehensive media summaries for each project including coverage in TV, Print, Online and Radio.
•	Work with clients and event athletes.
•	Event Director for Taste of Brews: all logistical requirements.
•	Hire and develop 3-4 part time employees, and 2 college campus ambassadors.

Marketing and Public Relations

•	Contacted and worked with local and national companies to increase exposure and online traffic.
•	Developed creative ideas to increase traffic to the iBN Sports website.
•	Maintained professional relationships with accounts and executive team.

Sponsorship & Advertising Sales

•	Planned and implemented special events during the games and in the community.
•	Wrote and implemented game day script (promotional games, giveaways, and other special activities).
•	Managed spectator and sponsor satisfaction during games. Obtained new sponsors.
•	Managed Fly Girls (dance team), oversaw in-game and on-field promotions and managed two interns.
•	Coordinated with key local media for coverage of the team and game results.
•	Group sales, included finding groups and servicing them while they were attending the games.
•	Season ticket holder package fulfillment.
