Sales and Marketing Manager

-	Develop and execute all sales and marketing objectives for the company with 25% profit growth in 3 years. 
-	Recruit, train and manage over twenty independent sales reps.  
-	Responsible for key account development with major retailers such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, The Sports Authority, Target, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Amazon, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Olympia Sports, Academy Sporting Goods, Dunham’s Sporting Goods, Toys R Us, Hockey Monkey, Pure Hockey, Total Hockey and key independent specialty retailers.
-	Increase sales revenue by 125% for Toys R Us and Amazon.com.

Vice President Sales

-	Responsible for all United States operations, including: sales and marketing, new product rollouts, key account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, collections, product development, customer retention, staff management and sustainability.
-	Held P&L and Balance Sheet responsibilities. 
-	Developed product roll-out sales and marketing programs with Dick’s Sporting Goods, Footlocker / Eastbay, The Sports Authority, Academy Sports, AAFES, Amazon, Macy’s,  DSW, JC Penney and targeted influence leaders of wellness, fitness and athletic specialty dealers and retailers. 
-	Grew revenue organically and surpassed sales projections by 200% in FY09.

VP Sales

General Sales Manager Dexter Sport Division

-	Responsible for achieving seasonal sales plans, developing distribution channels and building strategic retail partnerships with mass merchandising retailers, sporting goods retailers and athletic dealers for both branded and licensed divisions. 
-	Formulated sales goals and objectives, including preparing sales quotas, budgets and booking goals for the sport division and all North East Region Dexter and Super Shoe Retail Stores resulting in profitable growth exceeding 25% of three year plan.
-	Recruited and managed Dexter sales and product development team. 
-	Established in 2007 Dexter Bowling as the NUMBER ONE Bowling Shoe in the World contributing 26M in sales from 800K initial sales contribution in 2003.
