Duties included providing customer and sales support for approximately 30 dealers. Answer telephone and email inquiries about current warehouse stock and provide customer with appropriate pricing based off specific dealers price lists. Enter customers orders in QuickBooks; create sales orders & packing lists and provide the warehouse with appropriate documents to fulfill orders. Schedule nationwide freight pick-ups for orders based off customers requests, freight laws and freight quotes. Invoice orders in QuickBooks and send appropriate billing documents to dealers. Manage warehouse inventory. Enter and send purchase orders to China Factory by full FCL 40' ft containers loads to replenish warehouse stock on bimonthly basis. Follow up with factory on production status'. Additional duties include file management and faxing.

Office / Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities include providing operation support for assigned Oakley
subsidiaries and international distributors. Monitor and process sales orders in SAP from order entry to shipping to rescheduling of backorders. Interact closely with other members of operations, sales, production, shipping, IT and accounting departments to ensure orders are moving through the system quickly for order fulfillment. Ensure that all shipping documentations are met by country specific requirements. Maintain and update customer files and shipping instructions, etc. Daily communication and correspondence with customers and handling of heavy e-mails/voice mail inquires in a timely manner. Research shipment discrepancy claims from customers and submit information needed for credit/debit approval. Maintain and update daily logs and reports in Excel.

Operations Coordinator

Duties included answering of high volume outbound customer and client calls. Heavy data entry that included updating of client and lenders websites with order status and appointments dates that were scheduled. Schedule appraisal appointments with homeowners. Provide appraisers with correct house information so they can pull appropriate comparables. Faxing, file management, inventory management, shipping and receiving of appraisals.

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities included check in/out early am rush packages. Heavy data entry, update UPS website on packages status, and completion of special handling packages receipts. Additional duties included faxing and digital imagery.
