I am looking to obtain a position within a challenging and dynamic work environment that will enable me to use my strong organizational and exceptional customer service skills.

Primary responsibilities were providing excellent customer service to customers over the phone. I used problem solving skills and my best judgement when it came to an escalated situation. I also assisted in the buying office with the BP shoes department.

Customer Service Specialist

Ruche, Inc. consisted of two online boutiques: shopruche.com and threadsence.com. Primary responsibilities were answering all customer service related inquiries as well as assisting customers coming into the warehouse to pickup their orders. I managed the processing of all problem related returns and exchanges within a timely manner and worked with order fulfillment to ensure all return packages were being opened and checked within a certain time frame. I also helped update the customer care procedures page to ensure a better customer experience.

Created line sheets and helped merchandise seasonal lines. Managed return authorization requests as well as trained new employees on fundamentals to ensure success during their introductory period.

Primary responsibilities were greeting customers and providing excellent customer service. I created and maintained a strong clientele base, exceeding monthly sales goals as well as monitored the selling floor for the appropriate assortment of merchandise and visuals.
