Growing up in San Diego, my interests were always focused around surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding, but primarily surfing.  I did all the things I was "supposed" to do...finish high school, go to college and get a job that would support a family.  I have filled myself with knowledge for real estate, marketing, client relationships, networking...  

All the while my passion and focus when not working are with the ocean and surfing.  I have a true passion for riding waves, being in the ocean and an interest in all of the products associated with the sport.  I find myself investigating and researching multiple shapers and their designs, traction accessories, fins and the various systems, wetsuits, travel bags and any other product you can think of related to riding waves and maximizing performance in doing so.  I love finding new tech that improves my performance or improves the equipment and the experience.

I have built a wealth of knowledge around sales, marketing and real estate, but i feel I can use that knowledge and apply it to something I am truly passionate about.  I can make great money doing what I am doing in real estate, but would get much more fulfillment in my life working in the industry that captures my attention and passion.

Create a business and marketing plan to generate clients through various channels (online, print, social media and networking). Create and design marketing pieces specific to the marketing objective and target audience.

Convert incoming leads into clients by determining timing, motivation and needs assessment.  Educate the client on the purchasing process, whether it is marketing and selling a property or helping the client qualify for financing to purchase and spearheading their search efforts.  Tailor marketing plans for specific client needs and/ or execute detailed search to acquire property fitting the client's needs.  Negotiate terms of sale to fit the client's needs and best interest. Organize and navigate through the closing process efficiently and prevent any issues that could cause delays.  Maintain personal relationships with clients after closing to nurture and create future referral and business opportunities.
