distribution center.
● Aided accounting with 3-way Matching against Invoices, Packing
Lists, PO's, and Receipt Goods.
● Reviewed annual factory audits and CAPs to ensure factories are compliant to industry standards.
● Research customer reviews and/or complaints from returns, company website, and social media groups to provide feedback to the creative team for product improvement in customer
experience.

Pant collection for size inclusivity.
❖   Enhanced our brand development strategy by rebranding our trims and labels and refining our fit of existing products. By
recognizing current trends we delivered an exceptional fit and experience to our customers.
❖   Successfully transitioned our product history to a new PLM system and onboarded team in 1 month.

● Managed production for the Men's Division across all categories for Inline, Outlet, and Replenishment.
● Lead and managed the production assistant with bulk fabric & trim approvals, lab test reports, PO issuance, and day-to-day data
entry.
● Negotiated costs with vendors through final production to meet
MU targets.
● Communicated with the wholesale team to collect and organize
Salesman Samples for trunk shows.
● Collaborated with logistics to consolidate shipments to help reduce freight cost while maintaining garment delivery.
● Traveled to overseas factories to review inline production and factory capacity.

Production Manager

Updated and maintained the production timeline to ensure trim
and fabric submits are on track.
● Provided UPC files to vendors for barcode and hang tag creation.
● Maintained the cost analysis chart for style-by-style comparison.
● Worked cross-functionally with graphics and design departments for strike-off and bulk approvals.
● Updated PLM system for BOM updates in production.
