Position summary: 1-year consultancy to oversee and grow all areas of direct-to-consumer marketing, customer service, public relations and channel marketing during a restructuring that followed a Series A funding round. 

Strategic Marketing & Brand Planning
-	Lead global marketing efforts for the young brand while managing the direct-to-consumer channel.
-	Increased YOY sales on DTC channel (non-emergency related purchasing) over 30% on a minimal budget. 
-	Overseeing the brand marketing activities internally and externally to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth through B2B and B2C trade shows, events, influencer relationships, and brand marketing partnerships.

Marketing Department Management
-	Oversight of internal team and external vendors covering all aspects of marketing including brand architecture, content development, social media, media relations, customer service, B2B marketing relationships, internship program, and all areas of digital marketing. 
-	Revamped marketing team and launched two new products while restructuring fulfillment and planning for multiple new products launching in 2019.

Position Summary: Responsible for the consumer division and all resulting sales and marketing activities in North America, Europe, and South Africa.

Consumer Division Management
-	Responsible for over 90% of global brand revenue, directly reporting to General Manager.
-	Full budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
-	Led all marketing and retail sales operations, strategy, and execution for the LifeStraw water filter product line. 
-	Developed annual marketing, advertising, and communications plans, budgeting over $1.75M annually.
