Being that i was born and raised in hawaii. i love everything relating to my "island home" and i am always happy to share about the diversity and the deeply rooted culture of the people. a couple of the aspects are the soothing and lively music and especially the great and tasty food! i am one of the craziest star wars fanatics (since 1977) and i am an avid collector and curator of star wars memorabilia and autographed items. i also own a pretty wide range of sports memorabilia with the concentration being towards nfl autographed merchandise.

Certified on all warehouse equipment such as Cherry Pickers, Forklifts, and multi-size Scissor Lifts

Receive and process warranty claims for 40 company stores within the North America and Australia retail divisions, coordinate warranty cost management between vendors and suppliers and assure best warranty cost management practices are being followed, manage vendor warranty claims submitted by store managers and verify validity towards redemption, process and assign warranty repairs to Repair Staff and Parts Department, conduct safety checks and tests on refurbished and repaired merchandise, conduct cycle counts for warranty parts and merchandise and replenishment where applicable, coordinate on-site visits with store managers to provide product knowledge sessions with store employees and run warranty audits, shipping and logistics of warranty parts and merchandise to stores across the United States.
