Since graduating from FIDM, I have been working Product Development in the fashion industry for the past 7 years.

?	In charge of all aspects and communications with overseas vendors, building strong working relationships primarily with India and Peru
?	Responsible for entering and submitting of purchase orders for new season product lines
?	Work directly with Owners of the company to execute all new production lines for upcoming trade shows and other events
?	Work closely with sales team on special custom client orders
?	Accountable for the organizing and planning of shipping cargo & airing of all merchandise from overseas facilities to our company facilities
?	Understanding and knowledge of lead-times globally and using my knowledge to challenge vendors, by working to reduce lead times
?	In charge of reducing all Quality Control issues found in goods from production by communicating daily with vendors and addressing such issues
?	Daily follow up with vendors and expedition of purchase orders, custom orders, and samples

?	Managed entire development projects from conception to completion
?	Tracked all phases of development including artwork, strike offs, and lab dips, prototypes, PPS, TOP’s and ensured timelines were met
?	Assisted in creating the ASD Living catalog for the 2011 – 2012 & 2012 - 2013 season
?	Created new product concepts by utilizing Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
?	Worked frequently and closely with web designers to implement art direction
?	In charge of picking out fabric & trims for new lines by sourcing affordable vendors
?	Understood all fit / design changes that would affect price and followed up with vendors for revised prices as required
?	Assisted with growing product categories by analyzing market trends
