My name is Andrew Mendoza, I am goal driven, and the best talent you could add to your team. I have worked with some of the best managers, companies, and people in the industry. I have learned from the best when it comes to any new job I am given, I am reliable, responsible, and a very hard worker! I wont stop on a project until it is done and perfect. I have been fortunate enough to network and build relationships with some of the best this industry has to offer. You will never see me down or un-happy, I love life and strive to be the best person and employee I can be.

I am currently working for a Nike Factory Store as an Athlete. This includes merchandising, customer service, registers, and taking care of my section. I am in charge of apparel in my store, working along side my team and helping train new hires to better our store.

I was fortunate enough to become a sales rep for one of the top sunglass and goggle company in the world, Electric. I worked under my boss for a year and a half, selling, running clinics, and networking. It was a great learning experience and nothing but growth for me. Daily I would service my accounts, keep inventory, email my list of stores, and make sure all of my accounts were taken care of.

I worked with Active for the last six years and it sadly came to an end this year, I started out seasonal at the Rancho location. I worked there for my first 3 years as part time, from there I transferred to the Riverside location. There I became a key holder working under one of Actives greatest managers in my opinion. I was able to grow and create relationships with some of the greatest company reps also. Networking and growing each day I was there was my main focus, from there I went to the Redlands location helping open that store and becoming the assistant manager. We had to run the store from open to close, customer service was always our first priority, run reports and handle all of the product.
