Responsible for establishing and maintaining EDI communication with  Retailers and Vans.
Daily processing of 850 PO's, 810 invoices, 856 ASN's, 855 orders Acknowledgment,753 & 754 routing instruction, among other documents.
Work in liaison with Sales and Management on the daily order processing.
Research and assist Accounting and Shipping departments with charge backs resolutions.
Trained and support personal in different areas of the company.   


EDI Coordinator

Managed and lead a crew of 15 customer representatives in areas of order processing, billing and credit card charges.
In charge of implementing and maintaining EDI Hubs, work directly with Retailers and Vans.
Responsible for implementing a bar-code generator system for tagging and carton identification.
Provided assistance to Operations Manager in planning, sales and procedures.
Work and support to the domestic and International Sales Group.
