I am a husband and father of three great boys. Between epic lightsaber battles, lego building marathons, soccer, baseball riding bikes and skiing, I hit the trails on my mountain bike or find someway to get myself and the family out to the woods. I am passionate about the outdoors, any part of it!

Responsible for managing the Service Department and its 35-member staff for Acura of Seattle, an Acura and Smart Car dealership that is part of the O’brien Automotive Group.

Recognized for increasing Acura’s annual service revenue by 9%—from $2,150,000 to $2,350,000—the second highest growth increase in the dealership’s history, increasing its Customer Satisfaction Index from 89.6 to 94.6, Earned Precision Team Award for 2013,  achieving the highest quality control statistics amongst all O'brien Dealerships and achieving a high retention rate among Department staff, which includes 12 Automotive Maintenance Technicians, 6 Service Consultants (Advisors) and a Dispatcher.

Service Manager

Responsible for managing service operations for Porsche and Audi of Tacoma, a multi-franchise dealership that is part of the Robert Larson Automotive Group.  Recognized for increasing the customer service index by 15% over the previous two years.  Increased annual gross profit 27% from $1,136,000 to $1,553,000 from 2009 to 2010.  Honored with an exclusive trip to Germany to visit and tour the Audi manufacturing facility.

Duties include staffing, training, scheduling, supervising and motivating staff, managing a fleet of  rental cars, and developing financial forecasts and reports.

Porsche Audi of Tacoma

Responsible for managing service operations for Volvo of Tacoma, a Volvo dealership that is part of the O’Brien Automotive Group. Recognized for increasing Volvo’s annual service revenue 5%—from $1,714,000 to $1,800,000—the highest sales ever, being a Top Monthly Sales Producer, achieving a gross profit of 82%, and having 100% retention among a 24-member staff.

Recognized for helping make Topping Volvo a National Service Sales Leader, ranking in the Top 10 among 320 dealerships nationwide, helping Topping earn the President’s Club Award in 2002 and 2003, increasing revenue by 57% in 2003 (from $335,000 to $526,000) and by 27% in 2004 (from $526,000 to $668,000), earning Top Sales Producer Awards, and achieving 100% staff retention for 4 years.
