I am honored to be a part of the #1 club in Orange County, the #2 club in California and the #6 club in the nation. I currently serve as the Marketing Associate, handling the planning, graphic design and creation of various promotional materials, apparel and website content. 
I have held Head Coach and Assistant Coaching roles for various age groups in the last 5 years.  I also help run our various youth clinics and Tweens program, which helps prospective club athletes learn the game and how a club team works. Tstreet was Founded by volleyball legend Troy Tanner (Pepperdine National Champion. 1988 Olympic Gold Medalist, 2008 Beach Gold Medal as the Head Coach of Kerri Walsh-Jennings & Misty May-Treanor).

Marketing Associate, Coach

I am responsible for everything visual at Balboa Bay Volleyball Club. Duties include maintaining the website, managing social media, creating print and digital marketing content, designing logos and graphics for apparel and coaching my boys 17 and under team. We are the best boy's volleyball club in the nation and I am truly proud and honored to manage the Balboa brand. 

Marketing Director, Coach

Prior to moving to California, I worked as an Assistant Manager at the Virginia Volleyball Center, home of the Northern Virginia Volleyball Association. Our goal is to make the VVC the best volleyball facility on the East Coast, offering a premier junior's club, strength and conditioning training and adult leagues and competitions. Maintaining the 7 court facility, along with classrooms, weight room, the NVVA store and our complex schedule are all daily tasks, all while providing the best possible customer service is why the Virginia Volleyball Center is the ideal location for elite volleyball athletes in the DC Metro area.

Assistant Manager

Along with maintaining a pristine, organized and attractive sales floor, I have specific technical and mechanical knowledge of skiing and snowboarding, from the different equipment uses to maintenance and safety practices. I was the top salesman in the Hard Goods Department during the 2010-2011 season, our most successful year to date. I loved working at Willi's Fairfax, which as of October 2013 has since been bought by the family-run Alpine Ski Shop.

We have created a portable first aid pouch that not only contains essential supplies but also can fit in any sized pack. I work with clients in our South East region to implement personalized and powerful marketing strategies through several different mediums. I frequently prepare marketing reports and must analyze different types of data to understand what strategies work for different markets. Our success is only based off of the performance of our clients, and it is our job to recommend and follow through on advanced targeted marketing to ensure our clients have traffic in store, over the phone and online each and every day.

While working for the Ticket Office, I marketed and promoted Mason Athletics, called season ticket holders and processed transactions. As a member of the event staff, I was responsible for setting up and tearing down for various sporting events, as well as keeping statistics accurately and operating scoreboards.
