Managed production & creative direction for 70+ content projects to create content & media for editorial, CRM, web, social media, PR, & earned media channels. Shifted focus from product to lifestyle centric content.

Recruited, hired, trained, and managed 23 employees: 40% bilingual, 20% recognized as global top talent. Strategically allocated 350,000+ cans of Red Bull with an average new or infrequent consumer rate of 72%. 

Executed 12 global projects & 50+ local initiatives with strategic 360-degree plan, execution, & results.
