As a hobby I have 10 years of digital photography and 1 year of DSLR video production. In my work I have well over 10 years of customer service, data entry, account management, and sales support combined. I am a quick and fast learner and like to know everything from beginning to end.

Scan box medical records and key in file listing into tracking system.  Count and track all medical files listed in each box for storage.  Pull medical records from warehouse and pack into boxes to be processed in Data entry.

Data Entry Operator

•	Made out bound calls regarding up coming tuition.
•	Forward calls to proper department for tuition collections or questions regarding courses.

•	I Maintained contract pricing by assuring that they are keyed into the CAPS system and pricing is visible in JD Edwards (E1), and SAP. Also use EDI systems to process work to be FTP.
•	I managed the private label products contract pricing and sales support for those items. I have established and maintained relationships with sales reps and venders.  Provide sales support with contract pricing issues.
•	Audit contracts for discrepancies in pricing.  Work six sigma projects by beta testing systems and notate issues for developers. Distribute and maintain the contracts department vender to supplier emails.
•	Triage documents from venders for the department for processing with the document control team.

Contracts Data Integrity Specialist

•	Over see customer service calls by monitoring calls from the Customer Care Department Call Center and notate errors for management to review. 
•	Processed service adjustment request coming in from Customer Care Department. Audit customer accounts for discrepancies. Migrate customers from Portal database to CMS database using Excel. 
•	Handle incoming calls from customers with billing or service adjustment issues. Assist with the Fulfillment Department with mailing out invoices, notices and other company mail. 
•	Worked with a team to write articles for customer’s newsletters focusing on websites with movies and game content.

Quality Assurance Representative

•	Process exams, reviews from clients for certificate completion. Create and maintain new filing system multiple training networks. 
•	Handle in house customer care issues with sales, accounting, and production. Work with sales support issues setting up new accounts, and audit customers training records. 
•	Take in overflow customer calls that overload the customer service call center.

Academic Records Analyst/IES (ARA)

•	Assisted in production of radio imaging and programming such as commercials and radio spots. Worked with promotions team by setting up equipment for public events. 
•	Organized/maintained music selections for on air play and sound recording. Contacted radio audience off air for contact information.
•	I kept contact with on air talent to track music selections, equipment, and files between studios. Sort out online information request for audience mailing list. Assisted with receptionist duties and data entry. Contacted radio audience off air for contact information.
