Product Developer -Embellishments

Product Development and Production specialist who enjoys wearing many hats in the office. I am looking for a position where I can take ownership of a project(s) and make an impact on the company. I am the person who rolls up their sleeves to make sure deadlines are met and customers are happy with the final product, after all that is what we are in the business.

A person who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done in a timely and quality manner then I am the person you are looking for.

•	Gathers information from both customers and Customer Service Representatives (CSR) necessary for the timely development of artwork
•	Responsible for compiling complete tech pack / traveler for production including art proof sheet, bill of materials, and placement instructions 
• Develop order of processes for each traveler in the event that multiple embellishments are required 
•	Outline specific execution of embellishment for production
•	Provide technical specifications regarding materials supplied
•	Coordinate and prioritize graphic design development
•	Establish and monitor quality control and quality assurance for each tech pack
• Accountable for all designs, proofs, sew-outs, and samples 
•	Adapts technical and supply requirements to specific orders and monitors availability of supplies 
•	Accountable for customer supplied inventory items
•	Orders necessary supplies, patches, labels, and products needed to fill customer orders

•	Monitored entire production process from sample cutting to finished product 
•	Approve all trims and UPC Labels 
•	Follow up with clients to ensure fit and color changes will be adhered to and understood 
•	Ordered any necessary trims and labels 
•	Promptly solved factory issues i.e. lab dips, trims, fit samples, and delivery 
•	Scheduled factory floor to ensure on-time delivery of products 
•	Arranged logistics for all shipping and receiving of goods.

Production Manager

•	Monitored entire import production process from concept to finished product 
•	Placed orders for all materials and supplies at beginning of season
•	Use fabric tests to create care labels based on construction and content
•	Approve all trims and UPC Labels
•	Follow up with vendors to ensure fit and color changes will be adhered to and understood 
•	Maintained inventory control of SMS -TOP’s within the company
•	Create and track fit samples using seasonal fit charts.

Production Assistant

Intern- Fabric Research and Development

•	Track sample development using excel, in order to ensure delivered in a timely manner

•	Monitor entire import production process from concept to finished product

•	Facilitate the use of TOP library to ensure availability to design and production

•	Request knit downs from vendors for season development

•	Follow up with vendors to ensure fit changes will be adhered to and understood

Import Production Assistant

Input all costing for imports

• Coordinate all import deliveries

• Communicate with design department to update specs sheet from 1st proto to bulk sample

• Email import vendors PO’s, specs and tech packs

• Chase and send comments for all import lab dip submittals

• Demonstrate proactive technical problem solving skills in the fit process

• Follow up with vendors after fitting to ensure comments will be adhered to and understood

• Trouble shoot factory issues i.e. lab dips/trims, fit samples, and delivery

• Partner with production department to ensure on time import delivery

• Track import TOP receipt from vendors to fulfill TOP approval deadlines

• Manage all import TOP and sew by inventory
