For the past ten years, I have been fortunate enough to obtain entrepreneurial success while continuing to build on my professional experience. Whether doing onsite activation logistics at trade shows, coordinating vendors at festivals across the country, or eCommerce operations at home and on the road, I have a work ethic that does not quit and the skill set to get it done. 

Co-Founder of clothing brand Choonimals with major retail distribution throughout North America. Partnered with global brands, bands and influencers for promotional and social media-driven content. Responsibilities include: ecommerce management, inventory, point-of-sale operation, customer service, reporting, data collection, tour management and activation operations.

Supervisor of fulfillment department. Responsibilities include: e-commerce management, inventory, supply management, order fulfillment and receiving.

eCommerce Logistics Manager

Vendor Coordinator for festivals such as Riot Fest, and Spring Awakening; Responsible for onsite vendor operations; Lead point-of-
contact between vendors and production staff; Additional responsibilities include: location scouting, placement, and ensuring vendors have the appropriate legal documents and amenities. Merchandise Manager for festivals such as Global Citizen responsibilities include design approval, orders, point-of-sale operations, cash management, inventory management and staff; Additional responsibilities include: activation operations, onsite production communications, reporting, customer service and quality control.

Vendor Coordinator and Merchanise Manager

Repeat contractor representing Condé Nast’s in-house experiential agency; Responsible for onsite project management of activations at multiple locations throughout the country; Liaison between agency, local staff and installation teams regarding logistics and onsite operations; Additional responsibilities include: reporting, maintenance, repairs and digital media content functionality.

Regional Manager

Operations Manager for a brand studio specializing in screen printing, experiential marketing, merchandising, ecommerce and fulfillment solutions; Co-Creator of ecommerce marketplace Genuinely Whatever, a storefront showcasing independent artists; Responsibilities include: daily operations, quality control, inventory, shipping and receiving, warehouse management, fulfillment, customer service and web development.

Warehouse Customer Service Representative; Acting as a liaison between Hunter and the third party logistics provider responsible for distribution throughout North America; Focus on ecommerce, customer service, online experience and warehouse operations.

Supervisor of Shipping Department; Responsible for outbound ecommerce orders and cold chain logistics; Additional responsibilities include: Coordinating between carriers for fulfillment; Training of part-time, full-time and seasonal employees; Monitor operations for efficiency and accuracy; Communicating between departments to resolve customer issues; Reporting and inventory management.
