• News Corp has operations in North America, Europe and Australia; so became very well versed in booking international and domestic flights, hotels and car accommodations on a weekly basis

Executive Assistant

Provided administrative and project based support to the Vice President and his direct reports. Managed all broker commissions from processing to payment within a 72 hour timeline. Screened and processed incoming sales calls from over 300 phone lines regarding our commercial properties.

Accomplishments
• Drafted proposals and deal run / sheets for my leasing managers and directors in order to attract potential new and renewal deals
• Tracked the importance of our new online lead listing service by logging all leads received and tracking the progress of each lead to see if it resulted into leased space.

Administrative Assistant

•	Provided support at a 5-Diamond luxury hotel for Director of Sales and sales team; coordinated travel, managed operation workflow while overseeing daily office operations
•	Assisted Director of Sales with monthly sales analysis forecast for upcoming budgets, prepared reports and materials for weekly sales and room meetings
•	Composed and drafted all outgoing booking proposals, contracts, and addendums for Sales Managers, resulting in faster output time and increased time for new business
•	Developed the visual presentation for our hotel’s Marketing Plan; was so well-received that it was implemented as the model for all future marketing plans
•	Teamed with the Director of Sales to help write the 2008, 2009, and 2010 Marketing Plans for the hotel.
