Global Order Entry and Processing Clerk

I actively support the Sales Operations Coordinators by entering and tracking all inbound orders from the rep force as well as tracking and processing completed picks from the warehouse. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting the coordinators in identifying gaps in current processes, collaborating with other departments both within and external to sales operations, as well as deploying new processes that create efficiencies.

I managed the online customer service department for www.Stussy.com . I thoroughly engaged with our U.S. online clientele via phone and email correspondence, resulting in a genuine dialogue with customers in order to achieve superior customer service. I helped increase Stussy’s online presence in the marketplace by solving customer inquiries in a complete and timely manner, resulting in higher volume of sales, and an increase in repeat customers.

Online Customer Service Lead

I managed and monitored the upkeep of the sales floor, window displays and presentation of the shop, highlighting the key items of every season. I allocated resources, coordinated, and co-produced in-store events that drew in new clientele and introduced new merchandise. I contributed to the web shop via blog posts, accounting of merchandise, web sales, and event postings. I mentored and coached interns seeking an education in the independent retail apparel industry.

I increased the interest level of students in the art of tap and hip hop dance by 20%, coaching students as young as five years old through adults. Dance Coach / Front Desk Management

I assembled, choreographed, and co-produced a team of 32 talented dancers to compete in dance competitions across California. I managed a team of five choreographers in order to develop the talent of each dancer, and help produce high energy routines throughout the year. I was solely responsible for the creative vision, execution, and finished product that was performed for audiences of 2,000+.
