- Trained and coached 900+ participants on how to run or walk a marathon.  Partner with distinguished fitness expert Frank Butterfield and tri-athlete Dr. Josh Satterlee.  Train all runners from the American Cancer Society for the annual Las Vegas marathon.  Raised more than $65K for several local and national charities.

President and Founder

Oversee the operations of 5 locations. Purchasing for all departments and locations. Reporting and analysis of business trends and forecasting.

- Own and manage 2 stores in Las Vegas, the only locations in Nevada.  Opened the first location in 1993 and the second in 2004.  Oversaw all aspects of the openings including market studies, site selection, contractor selection and supervision, and store setup.  Renovated the first store in 2000.

- Lead a team of up to 20 including store managers, assistant managers, and sales associates.  Hired and trained 100+ associates and consistently promoted from within.  Adapted a corporate training program for the Las Vegas market.  Conduct staff testing and evaluations.  Chair monthly staff meetings.  Wrote a policy/procedure manual.

- Generated up to $2.5M in combined annual sales while surpassing sales targets 16 out of 18 years.  Ranked 3rd out of 700 locations in the world for first store sales.  Achieved annual sales growth of up to 25%, largely due to extensive community networking and marketing.  Maintained a 95% mystery shop score at both stores each year.

- Maintained high profit margins by training and coaching sales teams to provide exceptional service at all times, thus minimizing markdowns.  Managed operating costs, including payroll, within budget every year.  Negotiated favorable rent, vendor terms, and credit card acceptance agreements during the economic downturn.

- Increased sales by customizing an open-to-buy system for the footwear market.  Excelled in the use of POS software to run store-specific reports, identify trends, and enhance buying strategies.

- Developed and managed relationships with 30+ vendors including major global suppliers such as Nike, ASICS, Air Jordan, New Balance, Adidas, and Reebok.  Leveraged their marketing concepts and programs to drive sales.  Applied for and used co-op vendor funding to create and implement a strong marketing strategy.

-Le Boss was a small company- managed to create sales through networking, cold calls and knocking on doors to catch a business owner at the right time. 
-With limited resources managed to grow at a rate of 300% in the second year and 300-500% each year after that.
