•	Leveraging long term factory and customer relationships providing both domestic and international, product development, sourcing, QC and manufacturing.  
•	My client base includes such companies as: Aqua Lung (Michael Phelps brand), GoPro, REI, PrAna, Plano (Frabill), Marmot, ExOfficio, San Mar, Hylete and Danny Shane to name a few.
•	Pre-Production Services:
o	Develop and maintain accurate tech pack for each style.  Send out to vendors for quotation & development.
o	Sourcing fabrics & trims.
o	Coordinate and track pattern, grading & marker making.
o	Track all development and make sure all parties are staying on calendar.
o	Maintain all product tracking / approval files including fabric and color approvals.
o	Work with vendors to obtain pricing, minimums, lead times.
o	Approval of proto’s, sales samples, pre-production and TOPs for fabric, color, design, etc.
o	Act as main Contact point for vendor and manufacturer throughout the development process.
•	Production Management Services:
o	Track Time & Action calendar to meet deliverable targets.
o	Track changes on styles / colors and communicate changes to vendors and manufacturer.
o	Load info records with production costing and create P.O.’s.
o	Evaluate demand and analyze against forecast and minimums.
o	Communicate with vendors to monitor WIP and ex-factory dates to ensure on time delivery.
o	Send Production Alerts to sales and operations when a delay or production issue arises.
o	Prepare Performance reports (on-time delivery and fulfillment).

Consultant - Sourcing / Development / Production

•	Built, hired and managed apparel development & product management team.
•	Developed and implemented QC program.
•	Implemented fabric testing standards with vendors.
•	Oversaw sourcing & negotiations.
•	Researched and anticipated best COO for product categories.
•	Improved profit margins through sourcing and negotiations.
•	Reviewed Product categories to determine best vendor base.
•	Attended fabric and sourcing shows.
•	Oversaw wear testing of garments.
•	Oversaw design from concept to production.
•	Oversaw maintenance of tech packages, tracking reports & time lines.
•	Oversaw sample development & delivery by international partners through on-site visitations.
•	Participated in line planning and trade shows (Inner Bike, ISPO, ASR, MAGIC, Euro bike, and Outdoor Retailer).
