Responsible for all aspects of IBD Marketing including print collateral production. Also served as liaison to our external PR agency and was responsible for crafting all press releases and newsletters, and the execution of all advertising campaigns including "Invented For Smiles/Invented For Miles.) Other job duties included routine website (IBD/consumer) maintenance, development of all POS materials (ie. Handlebar Cards, Hangtags, Exploded Drive Units etc.) and the management of an internal dealer advisory board and dealer "Expert" program.

Responsible for all marketing duties as it relates to the position, including but not limited to: media liaison/point of contact, press releases, advertising, sponsorship, social media, tradeshow/event logistics, dealer/consumer newsletters and day-to-day running of the consumer/B2B Website including all copy.
• Unprecedented number of media placements for Serfas product (both endemic and non-endemic) in just over a year's time, including such notable publications as Men's Health, Men's Journal and The New York Times. Thirty media hits alone on Serfas' Thunderbolt USB rechargeable light, making it the best selling light (by units sold) in the Serfas catalog.
• Spearheaded the eyewear ad campaign for 2013 entitled "Define Your Path, " sparking a resurgence in Serfas' eyewear category. Two of our new eyewear models, Gladiator and Assassin, sold out within months of being launched.
• More than tripled the number of sponsored teams/athletes under the Serfas flag in under a year's time, developing much better relationships with them without a sponsorship budget. Serfas sponsored athletes were held accountable providing written and video product reviews, acting as brand ambassadors at events, while providing feedback for R&D purposes.

• Handled all daily aspects of social media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and the Serfas Blog.
• Maintained the daily upkeep of the consumer/B2B Website, including the updating of product/images on the Website and creating/refreshing copy as needed. Also tasked with keeping the small parts portion of the Website up to speed, while also maintaining the online consumer portion - Shopatron.
• Produced product sales sheets for inside and outside sales reps.
• Edited and wrote for annual Serfas product catalog.
• Handled tradeshow/event logistics including Interbike and the Sea Otter Classic. Tasked with coordinating booth set up, freight, hotel accommodations and most all miscellaneous tasks in association.
• Wrote and produced a monthly dealer newsletter through Constant Contact, updating our retailer base on new product, press mentions, sponsorship updates and tradeshow news and more. Put out quarterly consumer newsletter as well on many of the same subjects.
• Coordinated efforts to produce "How We Test Our Product" videos that included Saddles, Grips, Lights and Tires. Also helped to produce two commercials that ran during the 2013 Tour de France. Also produced promo videos that were unveiled at Interbike 2013.
• Spearheaded the effort to begin producing Serfas branded gear for the first time ever, including stylish T-shirts, hats and promotional pieces such as pint glasses.
• Two of the best sales months in company history took place during tenure.

Responsible for bringing in new clients while aiding and assisting during the proposal phase.
• Brought in two new clients (Dual Eyewear and Dirty Dog MTB/Moment Industries) during tenure.

Promoted to Web Editor to help launch brand new Website in 2007. Responsible for the daily writing and editing of Web stories, and other various content associated with Website, while still writing and proofing for our print issues.
