Marketing Project Specialist

I am a marketing professional with 5 years experience in multiple fields and fast paced environments.  I specialize in project management, downstream marketing, creative design, and bringing new products to life. I enjoy working in highly collaborative environments that are fast paced and goal focused.

• Design, plan, develop, manage and execute marketing plans for new and current medical technology products
• Develop strategic campaigns coordinating needs of business stakeholders, marketing initiatives, engineering, regulatory and compliance
• Develop strategic go to market campaigns for new and upcoming product releases
• Manage and track campaign deadlines and performances while keeping within budget

•	Research new developments, competitor analysis, and alternate media streams
•	Collaborate with Engineering, IT and Marketing Communications, Inside Sales and Customer Service to streamline customer communication
•	Develop baseline reporting and analysis on Google keywords for my product lines through use of BrightEdge SEO platform
•	Assist in the arrangement and coordination of tradeshows, conventions, and other public relation events

Product Marketing Specialist

•Work directly with VP, Marketing Director, and lab managers to develop marketing programs that grow each lab 
•Coordinate copywriting and creative design for marketing projects (direct and indirect) that include: direct mail, print, sales brochures, e-blasts, and digital ad campaigns aimed at growing doctor base and sales
•Ensure each lab’s website is up to date with timely and relevant content; make suggestions to improve traffic and click through rates, use of color, images, etc.
•Assist with copywriting or graphic design for marketing collateral
•Monitor marketing budgets and costs, process inventories and track payments
•Responsible for communicating goals, key messages and logistical information to internal staff, lab managers, and executive team
•Administrator of Customer Development program which helps gain, grow and retain business for each lab and its products
•Establish and maintain reports for all marketing campaigns through use of Microsoft Excel, Tableau and SQL
