My name is Brian Chapman. I am a recent graduate of California State University Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (My concentration was marketing management). These classes have given me a strong attention to detail and awareness of the time sensitivity in which certain tasks must be completed. The same is true of managing the warranties and repairs department at Kaenon Polarized and BJ's in Huntington Beach. I've experienced the delegation side as well as the hands-on service. Seeing both ends of the spectrum helps me to further understand and relate to the employees With my experiences in varieties of customer service and marketing forums, I think I may have a well-rounded outlook on a career with you.
