Operations Manager/ Sales

? Strategize and monitor daily activities of Account Managers for Operations and Sales
? Ensure that daily distribution activities are performed in a manner that
provides the most efficient and economical processing, storing and shipping of products to customers in a timely and cost-effective basis
? Oversee B2B system operations. Including integration, launch, adoption and maintenance
? Oversee total inventory and in-stock levels at all distribution centers and customers DCs
? Strive to continuously improve operational system, policies and procedures
? Generate all reports requested by CEO. Including all stock levels, aging
inventory, backorder reports, open orders and Key account performance.
? Analyzing trends and purchasing to determine life span of SKU
? Contacting manufacturers in China to confirm timeline of purchases and coordinating pulling and priority request if needed
? Providing in depth analysis to existing order file used to set and track monthly shipping targets.
? Analyzing year over year and month over month	purchasing to help
projections in product forecasting

? Manage customer service and order processing for all major and specialty accounts
? Collaborate with other departments ranging from Finance to Product Development, to establish more efficient methods
? Handle all on boarding of new accounts
? Prepare monthly/ quarterly shipping forecasts and goals
? Manage sales forecasts with planning department

Operations and Customer Service Manager
