Operations

- Oversees team’s management of day-to-day operations of site management, ensuring product and seasonal pushes are launched successfully along with site functionality and navigation enhancements

-Owns the quality and speed of the product delivery to the site by driving technical requirements & process

-Maintains a thorough knowledge of website, tools and system capabilities; can jump in and eliminate roadblocks for the team and help to advise cross-functional teams on process, priorities and technical execution

-Assesses operational plans and technical changes to the site; makes decisions based on organizational capacity and brand impact




Marketing

-Owns seasonal pipeline and brand calendar – from hindsight/strategy through creative and production for in-season timely and accurate site publishes.

-Manages a team who executes timely review and approval of site content, ensuring quality and accuracy of product offering and message; supports shuffle of email cadence as needed to drive the business via promotional activities

-Supports online marketing initiatives i.e. Email, CRM, Social Media

-Provides guidance and support with technical feasibility for upcoming Creative/Marketing initiatives; provides recommendations and solutions while balancing the brand priorities & mitigating risk
 

Technology

-Establishes solid relationships with internal partners such as IT, Creative, Marketing, and CRM
Thinks globally about the needs of all teams and how to best support digital/mobile growth

-Works with external technologies and vendors that enhances our site/shopping experience

-Ensures that cross-functional business partners, and as needed all brands, are aligned on future tool and site enhancements

-Continually challenges team to seek for process opportunities to drive for efficiencies for both team and business

Communicate and work with graphic artists’ / ad agencies to help deliver multiple ad campaigns to market
• Work with marketing manager to create domestic & global advertising strategies
• Create genuine artwork for:
o Print advertisements
o Online advertisements
o Sales Sheets
o Web graphics
o Consumer flyers
o Online Newsletters
• Negotiate and purchase ad buys with online media and publication agencies for marketing placement
• Manage graphic database for BOX, Media 2  – Importing Catalogs, SAC ads, Event Graphics, Retail Services

Media Planning / Design & Production 

Assist Director in the analysis all e-commerce marketing performance and online channels and improvements.

Strategic Marketing Analysis

- This includes AdWords keyword, ad copy, bidding strategy, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
- Responsible for keeping a pulse on competitors, online sales, and performance.
- Facilitate all marketing efforts including social, SEM, SEO, print, and email advertising.
- Gather and quantitatively analyze data from sources such as AdWords, Analytics, email, print, events, and Facebook to assist in ROI improvements.
- Provide regular reports to the Marketing Director regarding traffic, sales, fan base growth, reach, interactions and overall trends.
- Investigate, test and recommend new ecommerce sites and services.
- Posses excellent time-management skills to meet development timelines while working on concurrent projects.

Advertising and Copywriting:

- Craft ads and marketing materials to communicate brand message and awareness.
- Maintain accurate records and files necessary to support Marketing programs and initiatives.
- Participate in planning and execution of marketing materials including catalogs, advertisements, point of purchase, email, banners, and signage.
- Develop marketing priorities and identify key marketing stories and initiatives.
- Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute both existing and potential marketing activities and strategies. Incorporate input from the Senior Management, Marketing, Sku, and Buying Teams throughout the Company.
- Responsible for collaborating on ideas with the creative team to drive a variety of projects from concept to execution.
- Responsible for writing, editing, proofreading, coding, formatting and accurately posting stories on VAULT's various social media channels.
- Develop benchmark criteria to measure efficiency and effectiveness of brand
- Image color-correcting, cropping, sourcing, & maintaining archives. Cross-referencing all collected photography among web & print

Social Media Producer | Marketing Creative & Digital Asset Mgr.

Graphic design and art direction for a wide range of projects including interface design, branding, exhibition, film promotion, and publication designs.

Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing in-store displays for concept shops, fixture packages, brand signage and seasonal directive assortments with a select group of ADIDAS North America and Global Doors. Was responsible for assisting other RMM’s with in store merchandising support and traveling for special installations and in store merchandising. 

Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and implement new seasonal product assortments in-store. Concentrate on key products, proper fixture blocking with an overall feel of shopping ease for consumers. 

Ensure that Adidas has paramount floor placement and location in each account to maximize sales. Obtain additional square footage where possible. 

Establishing and sustaining positive relationships with accounts through merchandising training, verbal and written communication. 

Conduct product training clinics around key product launch strategies to provide brand awareness to Adidas customers & Doors while creating excitement and energy with the retailer’s sales teams. 

Communicate weekly snap shots over viewing product sell-through, competition trends and event opportunities to Sales Representatives ensuring Adidas sales increases. 

Create bi-weekly before and after visual documents that illustrates accomplishments completed in the marketplace. 

Correspond monthly selling reports to track, analyze and communicate business results and determine merchandising strategies. Providing key product focus, wins, and/or opportunities and product trends. 

Assist marketing team with all POP elements, windows and ADIDAS space/concept shops to ensure consistency with seasonal corporate branding or imagery. 

Act as a liaison/partner between Sales Representative and account in market to capitalize on growth opportunities. 

Combine creativity and artistic flair with technical know-how to set up displays that expand space while effectively catching the eye and appealing to the senses of Adidas’s target consumer.

Visual Designer

Assisted lead merchandisers with concepts and executing visual displays in our retail stores. Traveled to Seattle to build & install Flagship | 6th Avenue Seattle, WA

Acting member of the management team when the store manager and assistant manager are not in the store. All operational functions that the store manager and assistant manager are trained on, including opening and closing the store, administering returns and store credit, setting sales goals, and dividing tasks amongst sales associates. Link between the management team and the sales associates, helping management to accomplish important tasks such as regular store cleanings, merchandising, and motivating employees on the sales floor to help exceed goals.
