Project Portfolio Manager

• Acting as lead project manager in expanding the Sears Home Service’s ServiceLive platform into its first international market, Canada, within a 4 month period. 
• Managed the development and launch of an application, TechTalk, which enables remote diagnosis, appliance repair and DIY instruction. TechTalk also facilitated a new outlet for home warranty, parts and appliance sales resulting in over $400K of revenue since deployment in July, 2018. 
• Created and instituted a new client on-boarding system for the ServiceLive platform, which enabled a more automated, streamlined and consistent process of bringing new clients in to the business and reduced overall cycle time by 2 months.
• Certified ScrumMaster, managing change and facilitating effective program and project management in a rapidly evolving appliance repair industry.
• Created detailed project plans to define and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets and resources while adhering to project governance policies.


• Acted as lead partner in creating and implementing cross business unit promotions with Kenmore, Sears Home Appliances and Shop Your Way, which are projected to produce $20M of revenue in 2018.
• Established and managed in home repair aggregator and affiliate relationships generating approximately $7M of revenue from offline and online leads in 2017.
• Created and launched seasonal marketing promotions which resulted in $7M of annual revenue.
• Collaborated with Sears Home Service’s C-Suite Senior Leadership to develop and design all Board of Directors and Holdings Corporation presentation materials.


Marketing Program Manager 

• Expanded paid referral program nationally resulting in approximately $300K of revenue in 2017.
• Managed paid referral team including direct oversight of call center operations and independent repair provider relationships.
• Administrated business wide test and learn meetings which promoted agile transfer of learnings and best practices, while mitigating costly duplicate efforts.
