• Coordinated the approval process for all Barclays Center creative that left the company including ads, email blasts, ticket designs, and event logos.
• Controlled companywide email database deployment calendar for Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center.

• Maintain company internal document portal on Microsoft SharePoint.
• Monitor employee credentials to make sure all requirements for Microsoft Gold Partner status are filled and maintained.

Administrative Assistant

• Managed a kiosk in mall which supported the “Mountain Creek Re-Invented” marketing campaign.
• Performed survey research focused on “guest satisfaction of the new lodge” as well as overall guest satisfaction with the resort.
• Served as guest relations associate during Five national touring events (Red Bull Butter Cup, K2 Pretty in Pink Rail Jam, TransWord Snowboard TransAM, 3rd Rail Jam, and Volcom Peanut Butter and Rail Jam); managed the contest entry stand for SASS trip give away to Argentina; assisted team with the set up and tear down of the event site.

Marketing Promotions Associate

• Served as Social Media Chair on Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta Marketing Committee, managing all social media for the regatta, assisted in the development of press release notices, promotional campaigns, and campaign artwork.
• Managed two social media campaigns. One, for the Macula Vision Research Foundation, a national non-profit organization focused on curing blindness by funding visionary research, and the other for the Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta, the largest collegiate regatta in the US with over 3500 athletes. For the regatta, while managing a team with members in Buenos Aires, increased the Facebook presence from 50 to 3400 followers, a 6700% increase. PPC advertising was successfully used with both campaigns.
• Assistant Production Coordinator for Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta, mapping camera positions on the course, managing the crew and on-air talent during the event, managing equipment, and assisting with the event budget.
• Helped develop story board for a video segment for the Macula Vision Research Foundation on a women living and coping with Macular Degeneration.
• Assisted in shooting video of multiple press releases with the mayor for the Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta.
• Created pitches for perspective clients in Power Point, and assisted head of company in presenting to the clients.

Social Media Manager &  Assistant Production Coordinator

• Created story boards, assisted in development of the voiceover script, managed talent, and helped with the shooting of a commercial for Lofts640, a luxury apartment complex in Philadelphia. 
• Hired talent and production crew members for the Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta, Philadelphia Triathlon, and Lofts 640 commercial shoot.
• Managed a team of interns at Philadelphia Triathlon event who were in charge of shooting and producing a segment on the spectators at the event as well as shooting B Roll.
• Production assistant for Dad Vail Regatta production where I helped with the live stream of the event.
