Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Account Coordinator

•	Assist in the preparation and coordination of marketing presentations for internal and external use. Responsible for formatting supplied information and producing professional quality work including assembly and distribution. 
•	Manage communications between HQ office in Seoul, Korea and marketing department, including but not limited to, marketing projects, business processes, budget updates, and billing inquiries. Scope of role includes understanding and distilling HQ’s needs and communicating to local management.
•	Support the marketing team in product name creation including setting up ideation sessions, managing a naming library and facilitating the trademark approval process.
•	Coordinate cross agency meetings and ideation sessions.
•	Administratively supporting the Market Research team with supplier documentation (e.g. managing NDAs) and budget approvals.
•	Assist the Senior Director and Marketing Team with normal administrative responsibilities, as assigned. 
•	Assist with developing, assembling and distributing marketing presentations, reports or any materials needed to support marketing projects. 
•	Coordinate travel arrangements and ticketing. Arrange, schedule and coordinate marketing meetings including meeting room reservations, food/drink service, audiovisual equipment and other meeting needs, as requested 
•	Assists with the approval process, tracks, logs and distributes copies of purchase orders accurately. Maintains and reports on purchase order logs weekly.
